Historic Elegance and
Lowcountry Charm

The 7,000-square-foot Main House was the beloved winter estate of industrialist Henry Ford and his wife Clara. Completed in 1939 and boasting a stunning Greek Revival architecture, the estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Main House sits atop a bluff overlooking the great Ogeechee River and serves as a community centerpiece, with its swimming pool, gardens, formal living and dining rooms and well-appointed guest suites. The estate provides an elegant atmosphere for outdoor wedding ceremonies and tented receptions. nearby, the Lake Dye Grill, Oyster House, or the Ogeechee Outfitters offer suitable settings for more relaxed rehearsal dinners and family celebrations.
