Employment Eligibility
At The Ford Field & River Club, we seek individuals who are passionate about hospitality, excellence and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. Employment eligibility includes:
- Successfully complete all onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screening.
- Meeting minimum work hour expectations for part-time and full-time roles.
The Ford Refer a Friend Program
Share your love of The Ford with others. Our referral program rewards team members who help bring new talent to our community:

How It Works:
- Referral Form needs to be completed by the employee and approved by the manager and Human Resources.
- Employees need to attach referral’s resume or application.
- To receive the first bonus, the referred must successfully complete all requirements for onboarding, including background check and drug screen.
- Part-time employees must average at least 15 hours / week.
- The FFRC employee agrees to have his or her name used when the Club contacts the candidate.
- Only candidates who meet the qualifications for the position will be considered.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Club policies and procedures.
The Ford Field & River Club Scholarship Fund
Supporting the Education of Our Employees and Their Families
The Ford Field & River Club Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to support the educational goals of our employees and their families. Established in 2018, the Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance for a wide range of accredited programs, from college and university degrees to vocational and technical certifications.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Current employees of The Ford Field & River Club in good standing
- Spouses and children (under 26) of full-time employees
Eligible applicants can apply each year, with scholarships awarded based on academic achievement, commitment to education and personal goals.
